How does Enclomiphene work?
Enclomiphene blocks estrogen-receptor feedback at the hypothalamus, increasing GnRH pulsatility and downstream LH/FSH and endogenous testosterone. Without the zuclomiphene isomer, plasma accumulation and longer-term estrogenic side-effect risk are reduced.
