• You represent and warrant that any information you submit is accurate and that you have the authority to provide it.
• You will not use the Site to solicit, sell or purchase regulated substances or services.
• You will not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content on the Site without prior written permission.

• Limitation of liability: Regen Therapy and its affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Regen Therapy, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Arizona, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms on this page and revise the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Compliance Statement

Regen Therapy is committed to operating responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and industry standards. We do not prescribe, dispense, or sell medications. Our role is to provide non‑clinical services, educational materials and operational support to licensed healthcare providers.

Research‑Grade Content

Where the Site references peptides, pharmacological compounds, or other products, such references are for educational purposes only.  Unapproved peptides marketed as “research chemicals” for human consumption are considered high‑risk products under regulatory guidance. 

To avoid this risk, we:
• Clearly label any discussion of peptides or similar compounds as research‑focused and not for human consumption .
• Do not include dosing charts, administration instructions, or wellness claims.  Legitimate research suppliers require proof of professional credentials and do not provide open checkout .
• If we offer educational tools or calculators, they are restricted to registered healthcare professionals. General visitors cannot access them.

Advertising and Outreach

We follow major advertising platform policies regarding restricted goods. For example, Meta’s Drugs and Pharmaceuticals policy allows references to prohibited drugs only for advocacy or awareness and forbids ads that encourage the consumption of unsafe substances. Regen Therapy does not run ads promoting the sale or use of peptides or other regulated products.  Any promotional materials are limited to educational content and are targeted only to appropriate professional audiences.

Partner and Vendor Requirements

We require our partners - such as telehealth providers, pharmacies, or research suppliers - to hold appropriate licenses and, where applicable, LegitScript or NABP accreditation. We periodically verify their certification status to ensure ongoing compliance.
