1. Reconstitute with 2ml of bactereostatic water

2. Swirl for 5 minutes then lay still for 10 minutes

3. Refrigerate after reconstituting

4. Inject 10iu Monday - Friday in AM or pre-workout

5. Refrigerate at 2° - 8° Celsius (36° - 46° Fahrenheit)

6. Use with in 30 days after reconstituting
