1. Reconstitute with 1ml of bacteriostatic water

2. Swirl for 5 minutes then lay still for 10 minutes

3. Refrigerate after reconstituting

4. Weeks 1-4 inject 20iu (2mg) Sub-Q weekly

5. Weeks 5-8 inject 40iu (4mg) Sub-Q weekly

6. Titrate upwards weekly at 20iu increments, as tolerated (not to exceed 200iu)

7. Refrigerate at 2°-8° Celsius (36°-46° Fahrenheit)

8. Use within 30 days after reconstituting
