Swirl for 5 minutes then lay still for 10 minutes
Refrigerate after reconstituting
Weeks 1-4 inject 20iu (2mg) Sub-Q weekly
Weeks 5-8 inject 40iu (4mg) Sub-Q weekly
Titrate upwards weekly at 20iu increments, as tolerated (not to exceed 200iu)
Refrigerate at 2°-8° Celsius (36°-46° Fahrenheit)
