  1. Reconstitute with 1ml of bacteriostatic water

  2. Swirl for 5 minutes then lay still for 10 minutes

  3. Refrigerate after reconstituting

  4. Weeks 1-4 inject 25iu (2.5mg) Sub-Q weekly in AM

  5. Weeks 5-8 inject 50iu (5mg) Sub-Q weekly in AM

  6. Titrate upwards weekly at 25iu increments, as tolerated (not to exceed 200iu)

  7. Refrigerate at 2°-8° Celsius (36°-46° Fahrenheit)

  8. Use within 30 days after reconstituting
